While Men’s Health Alaska is closing its Piper Street location, the same trusted care remains available at our affiliated practice, Fairbanks Urology.

Medical Records
Your records will remain confidential and securely stored with Fairbanks Urology. To transfer your records to another provider, call 907-328-0989. A signed release with the new provider’s name is required.
Continuity of Care
We are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible. If you’d like to continue with Fairbanks Urology, we’re happy to help. We can also provide referrals or a list of recommended practitioners in the area.
Final Appointments
Men’s Health Alaska will offer telehealth visits only through September 18, 2025. If you have an upcoming appointment or wish to schedule a final visit, please contact us soon.
